EduPath provides AI-assisted wellness tracking and coaching, including personalized daily targets and trend insights, delivered through a web and/or mobile application.
EduPath is a wellness support tool. It does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition, and does not replace advice from a licensed healthcare provider. Always consult a qualified professional regarding your individual health needs before making significant changes to diet, exercise, or medication.
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
Paid plans (EduPath+) are billed monthly or annually in advance via Stripe and renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and no partial refunds are issued for unused time except where required by law.
You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to reverse-engineer it, or use it in any way that violates applicable law.
You retain ownership of the data you log. You grant EduPath a license to use that data solely to provide and improve the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.
EduPath is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee specific health, weight, or fitness outcomes, as individual results depend on many factors outside our control.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, EduPath and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may close your account at any time.
